Q: What time will my order arrive?

As a guide, most deliveries are made between 12pm and 6pm. In order to provide the best delivery rates possible, our couriers deliver in efficiency based runs. We are not able to offer specific delivery times. Please contact us if you require a narrower delivery window as we may be able to organise a priority courier for an additional fee.

Bush is proud to deliver Australian native bouquets and cut flowers across Metropolitan Melbourne.

We offer same-day delivery for any orders placed before 11am, Monday - Friday.

DELIVERY FAQ

Where do you deliver?

Bush delivers flowers within metropolitan Melbourne. Our flowers are delivered using an external courier service with experienced drivers.

Please use the postcode checker below to confirm delivery is available in your area.

Any applicable delivery fees are distance based and are calculated using the delivery address.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes! Bush offers same-day delivery for orders placed before 11am on weekdays.*

For future dates, please use the delivery date selector at checkout.

*Same-day delivery may not be available during peak periods.

What details do I need to provide for delivery?

We require a recipient name, phone number and complete address for all deliveries.

For deliveries to hospitals, providing the ward name and bed number will help ensure your flowers are delivered to the right place. We recommend confirming with the hospital before placing your order, as some hospitals and wards cannot accept deliveries of flowers.

What happens if there is no-one present to receive my delivery?

If no-one is present to receive your delivery, our couriers will attempt to contact the recipient using the contact details provided to us.

Any unsuccessful deliveries will be returned us if our courier cannot contact the recipient or find a safe place to leave your order. If this does occur, we will then contact the purchaser to organise a free collection or redelivery for an additional fee.

Please note that it is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the delivery address provided to us is secure and correct.

What should I do if I need to cancel or change a delivery?

Please get in touch with us as soon as possible!

Our team will be able to assist you with any changes required for deliveries that have not been dispatched yet.

All bouquets and arrangements are made to order at our North Melbourne shop by our team of highly skilled and experienced florists.

Locally Grown

We exclusively source flowers grown in Australia, with many of our flowers coming from our own farm located in Cobram, VIC.

Single-Use Plastic Free

Bush bouquets are wrapped with recycled kraft paper and wet packed using home compostable bags.

Zero Floral Foam

Bush is proudly floral foam free.
We are committed to creating beautiful arrangements, without contributing harmful microplastics to our environment.
