Our experienced wedding florists are dedicated to making floral dreams come true on your special day. 
At bush, we work with locally grown Australian native flowers to create wedding florals that uniquely reflect the diverse range of nearly-wed couples we work with.
Quality, Diversity and Sustainability are at the heart of Bush and we are driven to have a positive impact with flowers. We are proudly floral foam free and work with farms around Australia to bring rare and unusual native flowers and foliage into commercial production, positively impacting biodiversity. 

Getting Started

The below is a guide to how our bespoke wedding consultation service works.  We recommend beginning this process about 6 months out from your wedding date.

*Please note that our bespoke wedding service requires a minimum spend of $3000 excl gst and delivery. If your requirements are more simple or the minimum spend is not compatible with your budget, we recommend purchasing from our a la carte selection of wedding flowers here.

One

Want Bush as your wedding florist? Perfect! You can go ahead and complete our initial enquiry form as the first step.

We’ll aim to get back to you confirm our availability within 10 business days.

*Please note that slight delays can be expected during peak seasons.

TWO

Once one of our team have been in touch to confirm our availability for your date, we’ll ask you for more details.

This will be all the good stuff - from the vision, the venue, the colours, right down to the finer details and logistics.

The more details you can provide at this stage the better our team can prepare an accurate quote.

Any changes or additions to your design at a later stage will be subject to additional charges where necessary.

THREE

Once we’ve received your design details, our team will get to work on creating your initial quote.

Your quote will include a breakdown of costings, tailored specifically to your brief.  

Once you have approved your quote, we’ll ask you to secure your date with a deposit within 30 days.

*Please allow us up to 3 weeks for this part of the process. 

FOUR

As your wedding date approaches, we’ll reach out to confirm final details – typically we’ll do this 4-6 weeks out.

From this point we’ll be working behind the scenes ordering, prepping and finalising logistics to ensure everything will be perfect and run smoothly, so you can relax and enjoy the lead-up to your big day.

FIVE

To ensure your florals are everything you've dreamt of, we'll be busy working hard on the day of your wedding.

This means we'll be conducting our final quality checks, packaging & delivering, setting up your ceremony & reception and taking care of any last minute details - whilst maintaining communication with you, the venue or a designated person where needed.

After the conclusion of your event our team will return to pack down any remaining florals (or provide a wrapping service for your guests!) depending on your tailored brief.
