We cannot take delivery time requests at the moment. Our drivers are delivering between 9am and 6pm and are following routes based on the orders we have each day. Thank you for your understanding.

COURIER INFORMATION
We currently use a courier service to deliver our flowers. Delivery costs are listed below. When ordering we require a minimum 3 hour delivery window during business hours when someone will be there to receive the flowers, or a safe place they can be left unattended. (Valentines Day or during peak periods the delivery time options may change)
* Please note: If there is no one home and no safe place to leave the courier will return the flowers to our store at your cost and there will be an additional charge for re-delivery.
If you don't know when the recipient will be home and there is no safe place to leave just leave us a note and we will arrange delivery with them (while maintaining the surprise of course).
Flowers are sent wet wrapped and should be placed in water within 2 hours or ordered in a vessel so they can drink (especially on a hot day!).
Our courier delivers to all of Metropolitan Melbourne. Prices are flat rates based on distance from our store.
Shipping starts from $15 and is added at checkout.
If you want to collect in store, just follow the checkout through to payment then select In Store Collection. Leave us a note for what time you'll pick up and we'll have your bouquet wrapped and ready to go. Store Pickup is only available on the days the shop is open.
